We follow a policy of TQM - Total Quality Management. As
a part of our policy and business ethics, sale of products, i.e. goods leaving our factory is not complete. It is the duty of our marketing personnel to
follow up each customer to seek observations on each receipt and
consumption of goods at the customers' end so as to ensure that goods
were manufactured and supplied as per customers' requirement and thus
become entitled to repeat order.
Further, there are well laid down procedures and processes at every stage from
receipt of order, sourcing raw materials, creation of job cards for a
particular order and quality and commercial checks to not to allow any
error. Each consignment to the customer is accompanied by a
pre-despatch quality certificate and packing slip.
We have a separate after sales department attending to customer complaints.
Despite
above, if any complaint is known either verbally or in writing on our
own or from the customer the following procedure sets into play:
i)Our
NODAL OFFICER for attending to after sales service and customer
complaints, contacts the customer and collects information on precise
nature and particulars of complaint
ii) The
particulars and information so collected is made available to the
concerned department and verified against records available at our end
iii) The process of examination and verification is completed and communicated to the customer with in 48 working hours
iv) If
by such verification, it is found that the complaint of the customer is
materially correct, falling beyond the permissible limits of
tolerance, the NODAL OFFICER recommends remedial action in consultation
with the concerned department of the customer
v) The
goods under complaint are called back for destruction by due process
and replacements or monetary credits are immediately done to the full
satisfaction of the customer.
Remedial action is taken to prevent re occurrence.
2. We have our own ink making unit at Sonepat which is catering to both the units and we have our own
engineering division (Pioneer Machines) which makes gravure
printing, lamination and slitting machines and all the machines
installed at Sonepat unit is from Pioneer Machines.

At Sonepat - We have testing instruments in our laboratory to check properties like Tensile / Bond / Seal Strength Testing, GSM, Thickness, Ink Viscosity, Soild Contents of Ink, GLC, COF, etc.
At Gauhati - We have testing instruments in our laboratory to check the properties like Tensile / Bond / Seal Strength, GSM, Thickness, Viscosity of Ink, Ink Soild Contents, COF, etc.
